Through the fog

Waking up to this soft glow of morning light was a good start to the day. This scene left my mind in a calm state. 

I had started my morning at a safety rest area along the interstate preparing for the adventures that lay ahead. I had first saw this scene while it was completely under the fog. I broke out my camera and decided to try a panoramic image since it felt best to do so.

It’s amazing to witness the transition of summer into autumn in real time.
