A calm subtle uncontrollable force that’s displayed along Lake Superior. The sounds of ice being piled up along the shoreline.
I spent a few days trying to capture this raw natural beauty and on this particular evening had to be the best day to capture its beauty.
When I came upon this particular area I was blown away by the amount of ice that was piled up here. The evening sky displaying its vibrant colors were in perfect harmony with the icy shoreline.
To me, I felt like a child getting the front row seat on a rollercoaster. The raw excitement of witnessing this magic along the shoreline was just incredible.
Winter truly hits different along the north shore but there’s a sense of peace that comes with it.
